We analyze the design brief received from the beneficiary — applicable regulations, available budget, and funding program. We establish the suitable typologies from the catalog.
We send the detailed technical and financial offer, including the execution schedule. Upon acceptance, we sign the contract and establish the payment schedule.
We adapt the chosen typology to the specifics of the plot and obtain the necessary permits. The beneficiary receives the final plans for approval before production begins.
Prefabricated elements are produced under controlled conditions, with millimetric tolerances, using dedicated equipment and software. We use SEMA, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD for design (depending on the project; for furniture we also use V-Carve for CNC), and our production equipment is predominantly from Weinig.
Finished elements are transported to the address indicated by the beneficiary, packaged and prepared for assembly. Assembly itself is the responsibility of the beneficiary or their team.
We provide an assembly supervisor and training for your team. This service is billed separately.
Elements are handed over upon delivery, with a signed acceptance protocol from both parties. We offer a structural warranty and complete technical documentation for the building record.
The payment schedule is set individually for each project, based on complexity and value, and is part of the technical-financial offer.
Send us your design brief and we will reply with a technical solution within 3 business days.
