All materials published on this website — text, photographs, 3D renders, floor plans, technical drawings, videos, graphic and design elements — are original works, the exclusive property of Operativ Construct SRL or its collaborators, and are protected by Romanian Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as well as applicable European and international law. All rights reserved.

The photographs published on this website show projects, structures and modules built by Operativ Construct SRL and were produced either by our own team or by collaborating photographers/render artists under exclusive licence to Opercons. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • downloading, copying, screenshotting or saving photographs from this website by any technical means;
  • republishing, distributing or displaying the photographs on other websites, social media, listing platforms, printed materials or any other medium, with or without attribution;
  • modifying, cropping, filtering or removing watermarks and other technical protection measures applied to the images;
